Last week I had a birthday party in one of my friend´s house.It was my fist time with saudi meal.I helped my friend Faihan to prepare the dinner,it takes a lot of time,we started like at 4.30 and we finished at 7.30.
Its a traditional meal with chicken(they have another version with lamb).Ingredients :Chicken,rice,onions,chickpeas,some herbs(I think he put something more but I don´t remember :P)
I loved the chicken.and we ate the food at the traditional form this mean with our hands :P
it was great!!,maybe to many people and the place is small.but I enjoyed a lot :D,we played music and talked ^^.But i left very early because I had another party :P.but this will be other post :D
