I need worked 32 and they gave me free passes for the festival
It was Awsome,15 days,380 movies from around the world the only bad thing was that i work in my work and in the VIFF and i didnt have enough time to watch all the movies that i wanted,next year i will be volunteer again but i will ask to have vacation in at least one of the weeks:D
if you have the oportunity to watch them recomend all,but with a warming in cold fish that its a interesting movie but for me is too gore:P

The experience was very interesting,the first day the managers put me to give information,and sell posters,guides and memberships.the first 30 minutes i was really scared because i was almost alone and i thought:my god,what happen if i dont understand the people is no the same than in the school ,but one hour late the situation was:
-Custome:do you have any information about that movie.
-My partners looking at me:ask her,she knows all about the movies that we are playingXD
The rest of the days i was inside the theatre and I spoke a lot with movie adicts like me:P .it was really great.
Movies:
-Cold fish:its a japanese movie ,really gore,the story is interesting but i expend the half of the movie looking to the ceiling.
-The drunkard: its a movie from hongkong,i liked the intimacy and the ambience of this movie,it was the second movie from hong kong that i watched and i like this style
-Peace:its a japanese documentary,its about the situation of the elder people in japan,its really interesting how the director use the camara
-My film , my story,i went to this movie because the tickets for the movie that i wanted were only in a rush line and i decided to dont wait.its a kind of proyect,7 directors 1 story,each one film like 1015 of the same story.
-Uncle Bryan,this movie was the only one that i saw in english,its from canada and its the story of a teenager with alcohol problems.
-Nostalgia of the light.its the situation of the women that still looking for their family that disappeard under pinochet dictatorship.

This week i will have an open house of my office( to know the new office )i think will be funny:D and tomorrow i have a birthday party in a korean restaurant :D

ResponderEliminarGaat and me can't go to the christamas dinner :( we are going to stay from december 28 to january 2 in a village in Leon with Gaat's and Loken's family and my sister have to stay with my family xDD
